Recently in my game design we have began to tackle the time consuming world of animation. Currently we have been focusing on the basics of animation, storyboards, patience...(etc).
The challenging part of animation for as you probably figured out from my comment before would be the patience aspect of it. When I work I prefer to move through things very quickly even if it is a long assignment I usually focus on one aspect of an assignment for a short period of time and then I move on, so animation has been very demanding towards me and has required me to actually sit down and focus on something.

"What is 3D animation"? 3D animation is the use of models that are built on various apps such as 3D max, the models created are 3D figures that are layered with a virtual skin. 3D animation has a variety of job opportunities, these opportunities consist of working as an animator, 3D modeler, or 3D character designer. Though 3D animation/modeling is mainly known to be used for consumer usage what interests me about this topic, is how it has jobs that lie outside the entertainment industry such as: engineering, marketing, medical... (etc). As a student working in game design, I have yet to tackle the challenge known as 3D animation, but there are techniques that I have learned from my work with Photoshop and Illustrator that can be applied to the field, such as my work with computer graphics and out skill of detail observation, though if I'm looking for more innate skill which relate toward the unit I have yet to dive into anything that I believe can make an impact when I reach this topic.
